Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. During the Covid-19 pandemic, orders will be fulfilled at least once a week. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. During normal operation, please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your orders. All orders will receive an email notification with package tracking information.

Return/Refund Policy

Items are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt, so long as they have not been used, damaged, or altered in any way (i.e. removal of tags). Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.

To begin the return process, please email  customerservice@goforbroke.com with your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for your return. Pack and ship your item(s) in an appropriate box or envelope. Please make sure the packaging you select safeguards the item(s), as GFBNEC cannot accept items damaged during the return process. Once the items are received and inspected, you will be contacted by a GFBNEC representative to initiate your refund.

If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact customerservice@goforbroke.com within 14 days of receipt and provide a detailed description of the damage along with photographs of the damaged item(s). Once the message is received, a representative will contact you with return instructions.

There are no returns on customizable items such as but not limited to the pet tags and veteran etchings. All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE.
